STACEY MUNGO
Almost 20 years ago, Stacey’s legal career started off with handling bankruptcy filings through the U.S. Trustees Program. She shifted to the Legal Compliance arena, and worked on major regulatory audits in the financial industry. Desirous of getting back to her public interest roots, Stacey moved into the non-profit sector working with religious organizations to help improve the socio-economic conditions in underserved communities. Today, Stacey’s area of expertise includes real estate, family law, and bankruptcy. In her spare time, she chairs a business management and paralegal studies department at a career college.
Stacey loves to cook and is an enthusiastic gardener. She resides in New York with her son.
Her awareness cause is Love146, which has the mission to end child trafficking and exploitation through prevention education and strategic community collaboration while providing holistic care for children affected by trafficking.
